Your Business Is Working. It’s Just Not Working For you.

90 Days of honest, one to one work to put that right

On paper, it's working. The business is profitable. The team's mostly in place. The numbers look fine from the outside.

But you know what you know. You're working harder than you have in years. Decisions land on your desk that shouldn't. The team leans on you too much. You're not where you thought you'd be, and this isn't what you signed up for.

At some point the business stopped being the thing you built to give yourself a better life. Now it's the thing that runs your life.

You've known this for a while. You haven't said it out loud.

What The Reset is.

Ninety days of one-to-one work, in person, in and around Harrogate. Time to stop, look at what you've built, and decide honestly what needs to change.

Over those ninety days, you'll say things you haven't said out loud in years. You'll look at parts of the business, and parts of yourself, that you've been quietly avoiding. You'll decide what actually matters and what you've been carrying for no good reason. And you'll start making the calls you've been putting off, while you've still got the focus and the backup to push them through.

It isn't comfortable. It isn't meant to be. But it's the kind of work that actually shifts things, rather than one more conversation that leaves you where you were.

What Happens In 90 Days.

The first three weeks are about looking at everything honestly. Your business, your team, your finances, your time, and your own part in how it got here.

I come to you for a three-hour session at your premises, so I'm building the picture from inside your business, not from the outside in.. Then I write you a report. What I actually see, named plainly.

The next three weeks are about working out what you actually want. Not the goals you've been carrying around for years. What success would genuinely look like now, for the business and for your life.

The four weeks after that are where it gets practical. A real twelve-month plan. The one or two changes that matter most. And a start on making them happen, while you've still got time and focus inside the programme.

The final two weeks are about making it stick. Checking what's shifted. Deciding what comes next. Leaving with a rhythm you can keep on your own.

What You Walk Away With.

An honest written read of your business, after the first session. What you probably already know but haven't let yourself say.

A clear view of what you actually want from the business and from your life, in your own words.

A twelve-month plan you'll actually use. Not a document to file.

Early momentum on the one or two things that matter most. Not everything fixed, but the hardest part under way.

A lighter load. A clearer head. A sense that the business is yours again.

A clear recommendation from me on what to do next. It might mean more work together. It might not. Either answer is a good one.

Who The Reset Is For.

Owners of established businesses who know, privately, that something has to change.

It works if you're ready to look at what isn't working honestly, and to do something about it. It works if you genuinely care about the people around you.

It doesn't work if you're in real crisis. That needs a different kind of help and I'll say so. It doesn't work if you're still figuring out what to build. This is for people who've already built something. And it doesn't work if you're looking to be told you're doing everything right.

Not Sure Yet?

If you're not certain whether The Reset is right for you, take the Business Freedom Scorecard first.

Ten minutes, free, and it'll give you a clearer read on where you actually stand across the five areas this work covers. It won't tell you whether to do The Reset. It will tell you what you're already quietly carrying.

About Andrew

I spent the first twenty years of my career in business. Started in a mailroom, finished as CEO of a £300m global company.

I've sat in most of the chairs you've sat in, and probably a few you haven't.

I've also been part-owner of two SMEs, one of which I helped build, grow and sell. So I know what it's like from your side of the table. The hours, the pressure, the moments when it's exhilarating and the moments when it quietly isn't. I've lived the version of this that doesn't come with a corporate safety net.

The last ten years I've coached owners of small and medium-sized businesses, mostly in Yorkshire, who've reached a point where something has to give. I do this work because these are the conversations I wish I'd had earlier in my own career.

What My Clients Say.

"With Andrew's coaching, my business grew 130% and my personal wealth more than doubled. His style is probing yet supportive, helping me grow as a leader while steering the business through choppy waters." David Whan

"Andrew has provided immense value as my coach. His approach is calm, rational and quietly challenging, which focuses my mind and gets to the root of any inaction." Neil Addley

“Coaching with Andrew was the best investment I could have made. He helped me grow as a leader and contributed directly to our rapid business growth. His wisdom and honesty push you to find the answers that really matter.” Mara Alves

The Practical Detail.

Ninety days. Seven sessions. A three-hour opening “deep dive” session at your premises.

Five one-hour working sessions at one of two Harrogate hotel venues. A two-hour final session to close out properly. WhatsApp access to me throughout, for questions and guidance between sessions.

In person by default, within roughly an hour's drive of Harrogate, or within easy reach by direct train. Zoom as a fallback when in-person genuinely doesn't work.

£1,950 plus VAT, paid in full at the start or in three monthly instalments. I take no more than six active Reset clients at any one time.

How It Runs.

Everything we do together runs through a proper coaching platform.

One place for your sessions, documents, plans, and the exchanges between us, so nothing gets lost between meetings.

And whatever we build together stays yours. Even if you walk away at the end of the ninety days and never speak to me again, you keep read-only access to everything we've done for as long as you want it.

What Happens Next?

The Reset is a self-contained ninety days. At the end, most clients know what they want to do next.

Some have got what they needed and take it from there. Some choose to continue working with me, either in ongoing one-to-one work or as part of The Stray Board, a peer advisory group launching later this year for owners who've done this work.

No automatic continuation. No pressure to stay. The right outcome is whichever one serves you best.

If any of this sounds like where you are, the next step is a conversation. No pitch. Just an honest discussion about where you are, where you want to get to, and whether I'm the right person to help.
